You're not just funding campaigns.
You're helping someone decide they can run.
Because sometimes the existence of early support is what makes a person say yes to stepping up. It’s not just prep work — it’s permission, encouragement, and momentum. You’re giving future leaders the confidence to take the first step.
A decentralized dinner party series where supporters host small gatherings (4–10 guests) in their homes to raise funds and build relationships for Local Blue Collaboration.
What It Is
Each host chooses the vibe—could be:
-
A full sit-down dinner
-
Tapas & cocktails
-
Coffee & dessert
-
A chili cook-off
-
Brunch & mimosas
-
Every event can be different, but the goal is the same: connect with neighbors, grow the movement, and raise funds to power local change.
What the Funds Support
-
Targeted Advertising – Paid ads are the most effective way to reach disengaged or skeptical voters. Even $300–$500 can fund a month’s worth of hyper-local outreach across multiple platforms.
-
Local Candidate Support – Running takes guts and resources. Local Blue wants to help candidates cover qualifying fees, yard signs, flyers, and digital tools for everyday folks stepping up to run.
-
Community Visibility – Table fees, banners, T-shirts, and flyers help us show up in-person at local events to connect with voters and remind them that Democrats are here, too.
Timing
We’re aiming to host dinners between late September and early November 2025.
Hosts Needed
We’re looking for 6–10 hosts. You set the vibe—whether it’s cocktails, coffee, or a full dinner—and open your home to 4–10 guests.
Your donation is the hosting itself: the space, the food, the drinks, and the good energy. We’ll provide the rest—talking points, invite templates, and a clear donation link for your guests.
